A robust quality management system is crucial for efficient construction project management. As projects grow in size and complexity, maintaining consistent oversight of quality operations becomes paramount. Our Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) Department is dedicated to minimizing the frequency and severity of quality incidents and is up-to-date on the latest trends and methods.
Our quality goals are met through implementation of the following procedures:
Self evaluation
Co-worker training
Interviews with customers
Timely reporting of quality issues
Evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers
Prompt remediation of problems / incidents
Inspection by both independent consultants and in-house team
Development of standardized work plans for each major construction activity
The QA/QC Department is current on the latest trends and methods in quality maintenance. Each of our projects is supervised by a company quality representative while exceptionally large or high risk jobs may warrant full time quality personnel. Through strict adherence to quality guidelines, we strive to minimize and eliminate quality incidents, increase productivity and deliver a project with maximum customer satisfaction.
